Hi I'm Amanda
Welcome to my page. The passion that drives creating is rooted in my faith in Jesus, family, love, and connection.

Faith, Family, and the Spark of Creation
My artistic journey is deeply intertwined with my faith in Jesus. I believe every creative opportunity, every connection, and every project is a gift paved by divine grace. This gratitude fuels my commitment to excellence in everything I do. From the tender age of three, my mother tells me I would sit and paint for hours, to pursuing art through high school and college, my path has been one of continuous learning and growing creatively. Inspired by my father's lifelong passion for photography, we shared countless father-daughter photography dates, a time filled with learning and creative exploration. Many of my closest friends are also photographers, a field I delved into myself, receiving my first professional camera from my dad at the age of ten. Additionally, my husband and son are my biggest supporters, I would not be able to do what I love without the passion that is fueled by loving them.

Capturing Essence, Creating Connection
What makes my art distinctive is its expressive nature, regardless of the medium. I'm drawn to the intricate details and the beauty found in candid moments. In my paintings, especially portraits of people and pets, I strive for likeness, diving deep to capture their true essence. My approach extends beyond just creating art; I aim to build genuine relationships with my clients. This connection allows me to capture who they are in my work. Even during live painting events, I focus on matching the unique vibe of the occasion, whether it's elegant, creatively vibrant, or minimalist. While I possess a distinct style as a multidisciplinary artist, my creations are always made with people, not just for them. I believe this human element, the fact that I am a person creating, not just a producer, is what truly sets my work apart.

The Live Painting Experience
My live painting experiences are diverse and tailored to the event. I've created oil/Acrylic paintings at weddings, capturing moments throughout the celebration before finalizing the piece at home. For Bond Vet Clinic, I've produced quick watercolor portraits, typically 5-15 minutes long, as gifts for their clients to cherish their beloved pets. Additionally, I've created watercolor portraits for teenagers at a prom event hosted by Northwell Health Cohen's Children's Hospital. The type of event and the medium I employ are always dependent on the client's vision and desired outcome.
